Admission Rules & Regulations
| 1 | Kasturi Institute of Management Studies is shortly known as Kasturi Aviation. |
| 2 | Applications incomplete in respect of factual information shall be rejected. |
| 3 | Application should be submitted in person at Kasturi Institute of Management office within the due date. |
| 4 | Application must be submitted with required number of sets of attested Xerox copies of documents as specified in document check of this form. |
| 5 | Submission of application form does not mean that admission is offered and confirmed. |
| 6 | Admission is done strictly on Merit Basis and as per rules, regulations, verification of Kasturi Institute of Management. |
| 7 | Application cannot be directly submitted without proper verification by Competent Authority. |
| 8 | The Competent Authority can make necessary changes in the schedule of admission process if required, without assigning any reasons thereof. |
| 9 | Candidates on waiting list need to look for the college notice board as well as Kasturi Aviation website for latest announcements related to admission process, Competent Authority/Kasturi Aviation shall not be responsible for any loss on account of the same. |
| 10 | Admission is not a matter of right, it is an opportunity. Candidates reporting late after specified dates shall not have any claim on the admission. |
| 11 | If admission is offered, he candidate has to personally report to the Competent Authority on a specified date & time with Originals, 5 sets of Xerox copies duly attested by competent officer and 3 passport size colour photographs along with the tuition fees in full. In case any of deficiency application shall be rejected. |
| 12 | Tuition fees and university fees, both are subject to change by Competent Authorities. The candidate is required to pay the latest fees as per latest approved fee structure. |
| 13 | The Educational loan proposals document will be made available only to those students whose admission has been confirmed & have paid the entire tuition fees in specified time. |
| 14 | Admission to Hostel is done on First come first served Basis. It is not a right of candidates as it has limited facility. |
| 15 | Hostel admission rules & regulations can be referred in the Hostel prospectus available at the Kasturi Aviation Office. Students are not allowed to vacate the hostel during course period. |
| 16 | Hostel fees are required to be paid in full, if the hostel facilities are offered by the Competent Authority. The hostel fee is subject to change from time to time. |
| 17 | ID Card shall be made available to all eligible and admitted candidates after the cut-off date as specified by Kasturi aviation. |
| 18 | In case of cancellation of admission or withdrawal from the course at any time During the course period by the candidates, no refund will be given under any circumstances. |
| 19 | All admitted students must personally report to the Competent Authority as per the reporting date specified. Admission of the students, reporting after the specified dates shall automatically stand cancelled. And the candidate will not have any claim on said admission. |
| 20 | Candidate has to follow attendance & working days norms of our organization and that of the university, specified from time to time. Else, the term of the candidate will not be granted. |
| 21 | In case of any dispute, conflict or any other unforeseen problems related to admission of the candidate or Admission process as a whole, the decision of the management of Kasturi Aviation Institute and Competent Authority shall be final binding on the candidate. |
| 22 | The admission is subject to approval by Alagappa University, Karaikudi. Kasturi Aviation shall not be responsible for disapproval of the admission on any account by Alagappa University. |
| 23 | The rules and regulations of Kasturi Institute of Management are subject to change from time to time. |
| 24 | The applicant is presumed to have read all the terms & conditions herein and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions and procedures and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. Any claim or issue arising out of this admission will be within the quote of law jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India only. |
| 25 | Student’s Internship in India or in any other country where the Institute has tied up will be given on request to the management well in advance. The entire expenses including air fare, food, accommodation and transportation shall be borne by the students. Students are at their own risk for any incident happens in India or in any other country, the Kasturi Aviation management will not be held responsible if any incident occurs. Internship is not mandatory and students who are not interested to go for their internship can opt-out. Management will try their best in assisting for Job Placements but No guarantee of Job or training will be committed by the management. |
Declaration
I hereby declare that I have carefully read all the instructions, particulars supplied to me and that the entries made in this application form are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I note that the decision of Kasturi Aviation Institute of Management is final with regards to selection for admission. I promise to abide by the rules and regulations of Kasturi Aviation Institute and the guidelines in the prospectus. The Kasturi Aviation Institute shall have the right to expel me from the Institute at any time after admission, on learning that I was admitted on false particulars furnished by me or that my antecedents make my continuance in the Institute undesirable. I will not claim back the fees paid by me under any circumstances.
